混流泵

開車順序：

    1、關(guān)閉出口閘閥

    2、將水注入水泵，以排除進(jìn)水管及泵內(nèi)空氣，可從泵體頂端引水杯注入清水，也可用真空泵注水（開動(dòng)真空泵，排除水泵及管內(nèi)氣體在水充滿水泵的同時(shí)，起動(dòng)水泵，打開閘閥，停止真空泵）。

3、開啟電動(dòng)機(jī)（注意水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向）。

    4、當(dāng)電動(dòng)機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，逐步開大閘閥，達(dá)到所要求的工況后，調(diào)節(jié)填料松緊。若水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，軸承溫度等都正常，則可繼續(xù)運(yùn)行。

III.  Starting

Sequence

   1.Close the oulet

sluice valve.

   2. Inject

water into pump to remove the air in water-in pipe and pump which can realized

by injecting clear water from the water diversion cup of the pump body end or

by vacuum pump(start the vacuum pump, remove the air from pump and pipes, start

the water pump when the pump is full of water, open the sluice valve, stop the

vacuum pump).

   3. Start the

motor(pay more attention on the rotation direction of pump)

   4. When the motor runs normally, turn up the

sluice valve gradually, adjust the tightness of padding when gettng to the

required working condition.If the pump runs well, the temperature of bearing is

normal, and it can run sequentially.

 7、填料發(fā)熱

 The padding is

 hot

 1、填料壓得太緊或四周緊密度不夠2、填料壓得偏斜與軸磨損嚴(yán)重

 1.The padding is

 pressed too tight or the around compactness is not enough

 2.The padding is

 pressed deflected and the axile wears seriously

 1、旋松壓蓋螺栓高速填料緊密度

 2、松開壓蓋重新均勻地上緊

 1.Loosen the gland bolts to adjust

 2.Loosen the gland bolts and tighten it again.

1、如果水泵有任何小的故障切記不能讓其工作。如果水泵軸的填料完磨損后要及時(shí)添加，如果繼續(xù)使用水泵會(huì)漏氣。這樣帶來(lái)的直接影響是電機(jī)耗能增加進(jìn)而會(huì)損壞葉輪。

2、如果水泵在使用的過(guò)程中發(fā)生強(qiáng)烈的震動(dòng)這時(shí)一定要停下來(lái)檢查下是什么原因，否則同樣會(huì)對(duì)水泵造成損壞。

3、當(dāng)水泵底閥漏水時(shí)，有些人會(huì)用干土填入到水泵進(jìn)口管里，用水沖到底閥處，這樣的做法實(shí)在不可取。7、如電機(jī)與水泵為直聯(lián)傳動(dòng)，需檢查電機(jī)與水泵的軸心線是否在同一直線上，以防轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)振動(dòng)。因?yàn)楫?dāng)把干土放入到進(jìn)水管里當(dāng)水泵開始工作時(shí)這些干土就會(huì)進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)，這時(shí)就會(huì)損壞水泵葉輪和軸承，這樣做縮短了水泵使用壽命。當(dāng)?shù)组y漏水時(shí)一定要拿去維修，如果很嚴(yán)重那就需要更換新的。

4、葉輪表面的氣蝕。由于葉片背水面運(yùn)行時(shí)產(chǎn)生負(fù)壓，當(dāng)壓力Pk<Pva時(shí)，產(chǎn)生汽穴和蜂窩表面后，在電化學(xué)腐蝕作用下，使泵葉汽蝕。

5、容積損失和機(jī)械損失。由于泵使用時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，機(jī)械磨損產(chǎn)生漏失和阻力增大，使容積效率和機(jī)械效率降低。

以上原因，使水泵性能變差。運(yùn)行效率降低2～5%，嚴(yán)重的可以使水泵效率降低10%以上。
