當(dāng)真空機(jī)不密封時(shí)，應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn)： 

 1，袋口有油，很難密封。這不是技術(shù)問題或質(zhì)量問題。在包裝前選擇漏斗包，既干凈又易于操作。

2，加熱溫度不夠，調(diào)節(jié)溫度計(jì)，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)真空包裝袋可加熱約兩秒鐘。

 3.檢查絕緣布下面的加熱條是否損壞，兩側(cè)銅塊是否松動(dòng)。 

 4，真空泵工作正常。 

 5，加熱布應(yīng)始終保持清潔，以防止碎屑在加熱布上熔化。 

 6，檢查驅(qū)動(dòng)密封的氣壓。

7，要特別注意電熱絲是否老化。

 8，加熱時(shí)間繼電器損壞?

9，變壓器工作正常。
