軸套用來保護(hù)軸不使它與填料直接摩擦，若長(zhǎng)期使用中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸套磨損過多，必須換軸套。

8、水泵在冬季使用時(shí)，停車后應(yīng)將水泵內(nèi)和管道內(nèi)的存水放盡以防凍裂。

If use the pump

in winter, pls run off the water from the pump and pipes.

    9、水泵每使用一個(gè)灌溉季節(jié)后，應(yīng)更換潤(rùn)滑黃油后存放。

Replace the

lubricating oil after using the pump for one irrigation season.

10、水泵工作滿500小時(shí)，應(yīng)仔細(xì)拆卸檢查零件的磨損情況，如長(zhǎng)期停用，應(yīng)將運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部分拆下擦干上油妥善保管。

 8、填料處漏水太多

 1、上緊壓蓋到適應(yīng)程度

 2、調(diào)整填料搭口，使之錯(cuò)開一定角度而不在一個(gè)方向

 3、更換填料

 4、更換符合要求的石棉填料

 5、更換軸套

 1.Tighten the gland up to suitable degree

 2.Adjust the padding jiont up to some

 angle not in the same direction.

 3.Change the padding

 4.Change the suitable asbestos padding

 5.Change the axle sleeve.

水泵發(fā)熱

原因：軸承損壞；當(dāng)首級(jí)葉輪為雙吸時(shí)，用DS表示，當(dāng)同時(shí)規(guī)定有兩種轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)，低速用DA表示，用于鍋爐給水的多級(jí)離心泵，用DG表示。滾動(dòng)軸承或托架蓋間隙過?。槐幂S彎曲或兩軸不同心；膠帶太緊；缺油或油質(zhì)不好；葉輪上的平衡孔堵塞，葉輪失去平衡，增大了向一邊的推力。排除方法：更換軸承；拆除后蓋，在托架與軸承座之間加裝墊片；調(diào)查泵軸或調(diào)整兩軸的同心度；適當(dāng)調(diào)松膠帶緊度；加注干凈的黃油，黃油占軸承內(nèi)空隙的60%左右；清除平衡孔內(nèi)的堵塞物。

劇烈震動(dòng)

主要有以下幾個(gè)原因：電動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子不平衡；聯(lián)軸器結(jié)合不良；軸承磨損彎曲；轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)部分的零件松動(dòng)、；管路支架不牢等原因?？煞謩e采取調(diào)整、修理、加固、校直、更換等辦法處理。
