4. 水泵的安裝位置應(yīng)滿足允許吸上真空高度的要求，基礎(chǔ)必須水平、穩(wěn)固，保證動力機械的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向與水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向一致。

5. 若同一機房內(nèi)有多臺機組，機組與機組之間，機組與墻壁之間都應(yīng)有800mm以上的距離。

6. 水泵吸水管必須密封良好，且盡量減少彎頭和閘閥，加注引水時應(yīng)排盡空氣，運行時管內(nèi)不應(yīng)積聚空氣，要求吸水管微呈上斜與水泵進水口聯(lián)接，進水口應(yīng)有一定的淹沒深度。

首先看一下水泵此時運行的電流和平常運行時候的電流差別有多大。如果比平時運行時候?。ɑ暇褪瞧綍r電流的23），那么就有葉輪磨損、泵頭上面的止逆閥堵塞等問題。缺相運行，經(jīng)驗表明農(nóng)用電動機被燒毀85%以上是由于缺相運行造成的，應(yīng)對電動機安裝缺相保護裝置。如果和平時電流一樣大，那么就是管墊漏水、管子漏水、泵體漏水等問題。如果比平時運行的時候電流大，那么基上可以確定是易損件磨損的問題。另外補充一點，電纜如果破損的話，水量跟平時是一樣大，但是電流會變大。3相380V電機的電流一般是2.2A。以上原因只要是經(jīng)常維修深井泵的修理人員就可以查出來。
