我們聊聊在機械設(shè)計中，我們必須掌握的有關(guān)軸轂聯(lián)接的知識！軸轂聯(lián)接是軸轂與軸相連接的軸上零件，常見齒輪、帶輪等。聯(lián)接使回轉(zhuǎn)零件在軸上定位和固定，以便傳遞運動和動力。

矩形花鍵聯(lián)接是應(yīng)用為廣泛的花鍵聯(lián)接。 應(yīng)用廣泛。如航空發(fā)動機、汽車、燃氣輪機、機床、工程機械、拖拉機、農(nóng)業(yè)機械及一般機械傳動裝置等等。漸開線花鍵的齒廓為漸開線，分度圓壓力角α有30°及45°兩種。齒頂高分別為0.5m和0.4m(m為模數(shù))。
