處理后的線材強(qiáng)度可以等于或大于鉛浴淬火者的強(qiáng)度，這是其他各種線材軋后控冷索氏體化處理方法所不及的。其他優(yōu)點(diǎn)是冷卻溫度比較均勻，溫差不大于5～10℃，而且不具有粘著性，不會(huì)像鉛浴或鹽浴處理時(shí)出現(xiàn)掛鉛、掛鹽現(xiàn)象。
