The reducer is an independent component of gear transmission, worm drive and gear worm drive enclosed in a rigid shell. It is often used as a deceleration between the original and the working machines. The matching speed and transfer torque between prime movers and working machines or actuators are widely applied in modern machines.
減速機的作用
1)降速同時提高輸出扭矩,扭矩輸出比例按步進電機輸出乘減速比,但要注意不能超出減速機額定扭矩。
2)速同時降低了負載的慣量,慣量的減少為減速比的平方。大家可以看一下一般電機都有一個慣量數(shù)值。
The function of the reducer
1) reduce the speed and increase the output torque at the same time. The ratio of the torque output to the multiplying and decelerating ratio of the stepper motor output, but we must be careful not to exceed the rated torque of the reducer.
2) speed reduces inertia of load at the same time, and inertia reduces to the square of deceleration ratio. As you can see, general motors have an inertia value.
