楔鍵聯(lián)接:鍵的上下兩表面是工作面,鍵的上表面和輪轂鍵槽底面均有1∶100的斜度,裝配后,鍵即楔緊在軸和輪轂的鍵槽里,工作表面產(chǎn)生很大預(yù)緊力。
Wedge key connection: the upper and lower two surfaces of the key are the working faces. The upper surface of the key and the bottom of the hub keyway have 1 to 100 slope. After assembly, the key is wedged tightly in the keyway of the shaft and hub, and the working surface has a large pre tightening force.
一個切向鍵只能傳遞一個方向的轉(zhuǎn)矩,傳遞雙向轉(zhuǎn)矩時,須用互成120°~130°角的兩個鍵。用于載荷很大,對中要求不嚴(yán)的場合。由于鍵槽對軸削弱較大 ,常用于直徑大于100mm的軸上。
A tangent key can only transfer the torque of one direction. When the two-way torque is passed, the two keys of 120 to 130 degrees are required. An occasion for heavy load and no strict requirement. As the keyway is greatly weakened to the axis, it is often used on a shaft with a diameter larger than 100mm.
