    該機(jī)變頻調(diào)速進(jìn)料適用于不同尺寸和厚度的平板石材直邊和45度負(fù)角磨削，粗精磨拋光一次完成。拋光后的平面接近于石材母體的光潔程度，調(diào)整不同加工厚度時(shí)，可參考前梁上數(shù)顯表進(jìn)行調(diào)整，具有結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)，操作方便，同一厚度可連續(xù)工等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，是石材深加工必備的加工設(shè)備。機(jī)械的改進(jìn)是提高廠家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有力途徑，也符合現(xiàn)代社會(huì)的發(fā)展需求。

     本產(chǎn)品是我司新研發(fā)的又一代經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用的產(chǎn)品，為廣大客戶解決了磨邊拋光成本高，品質(zhì)難以提升的一大難題，新一代產(chǎn)品加工速度是原來(lái)加工方式的5倍左右。

    異形石材磨邊拋光機(jī)的主要功能：可加工圓弧邊、鴨嘴邊，法國(guó)邊，各種造型窗臺(tái)邊、樓梯子（磨邊拋光和開防滑槽一起同加工）等各種工藝。

1、石材磨邊機(jī)使用前應(yīng)檢查電源電壓應(yīng)在額定值的10％以內(nèi)，接通電源前，開關(guān)應(yīng)處于斷開狀態(tài)。

2、使用石材磨邊機(jī)前仔細(xì)檢查，切割片是否有裂紋或損傷，如有請(qǐng)立即更換。

3、檢查切片進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)，不摩擦底版后才能開始切割作業(yè)。

4、工作進(jìn)給要求平穩(wěn)不得用力過猛，如鋸片轉(zhuǎn)速急劇下降時(shí)應(yīng)減少進(jìn)給力，以防止過載損壞機(jī)器。

5、嚴(yán)禁拆除防護(hù)罩進(jìn)行切割。

6、鋸片冷卻水源為自來(lái)水，使用前將水管接通自來(lái)水龍頭，出水量合適為宜。
