硬質(zhì)合金輥環(huán)廣泛應(yīng)用于高速線材軋機(jī)的精軋機(jī)架，以及部分高速線材軋機(jī)的預(yù)精軋機(jī)架和棒材軋機(jī)的精軋機(jī)架。硬質(zhì)合金軋輥的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是硬度高、耐磨性好，單槽軋鋼量可以達(dá)到高速鋼軋輥的兩倍。

The cemented carbide roller ring is widely applied to the finishing mill housing of high-speed wire rod mill, as well as the finishing mill for some high speed wire rod mill and the pre finishing mill and bar mill. The biggest advantage of the hard alloy roll is high hardness and good wear resistance, and the amount of single groove rolled steel can reach two times of the high speed steel roll.

常用的軋輥材質(zhì)和用途見表。軋輥的性能和質(zhì)量一般取決于其化學(xué)成分和制造方式并可由其組織、物理和力學(xué)性能以及存在于軋輥內(nèi)部的殘余應(yīng)力類型來評(píng)估（見軋輥檢驗(yàn)）。

The material and use of the commonly used rolls are shown in the table. The performance and quality of roller generally depend on its chemical  and manufacturing way, and can be evaluated by its organization, physical and mechanical properties and the type of residual stress existing inside the roll (see roll test).

而精軋輥速度較高，軋制終產(chǎn)品要有一定的表面質(zhì)量，對(duì)它以硬度、耐磨等為主要要求。然后考慮軋輥使用時(shí)所應(yīng)有的耐磨性。由于軋輥的磨損機(jī)理很復(fù)雜，包括機(jī)械應(yīng)力作用、軋制時(shí)的熱作用、冷卻作用、潤(rùn)滑介質(zhì)的化學(xué)作用以及其他作用。

And the high speed of the fine roller, the final product of rolling must have a certain surface quality, which is the main requirement for its hardness, wear resistance and so on. Then the wear resistance should be cidered when the roll is used. Because the wear mechanism of roller is very complicated, including mechanical stress, thermal action during rolling, cooling effect, chemical action of lubricating medium and other functi.

在粗軋機(jī)架后，中型型材軋機(jī)有兩組連續(xù)的機(jī)架。連續(xù)軋機(jī)，根據(jù)孔型設(shè)計(jì)既可以水平布置，也可以立式布置。對(duì)于有平行緣的型鋼和槽鋼，還配有機(jī)架。

After the roughing mill, there are two sets of continuous rack in the medium section mill. The continuous rolling mill can be arranged horizontally or vertically according to the pass design. For steel and channel steel with parallel edges, universal frame is also available.
