冷軋輥在工作過(guò)程中要承受很大的軋制應(yīng)力，加上軋件的焊縫、夾雜、邊裂等問(wèn)題，容易導(dǎo)致瞬間高溫，使工作輥受到強(qiáng)烈熱沖擊，造成裂紋、粘輥、剝落甚至報(bào)廢。因此，冷軋輥要有抵抗因彎曲應(yīng)力、扭轉(zhuǎn)應(yīng)力、剪切應(yīng)力引起的開(kāi)裂和剝落的能力，同時(shí)也要有高的耐磨性。Therollbodyofastriprollingmilliscylindrical,andtherollbodyofthehotdryplateisslightlyconcave。

Cold roll must bear a lot of rolling stress in the working process, add the weld, inclusion and edge crack of the rolled piece, which can easily lead to instantaneous high temperature, so that the work roll is subjected to strong heat shock, which causes crack, roll, peeling and even scrap. （1）堆焊前需先將軋輥輥身表面的疲勞層或缺陷，尤其是裂紋必須徹底清除；  

（2）在堆焊時(shí)，為了防止裂紋的產(chǎn)生，必須先加工軋輥輥身預(yù)熱，預(yù)熱溫度根據(jù)軋輥輥及堆焊材料而定。

焊接時(shí)堆焊成敗的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，要獲得理想的堆焊層必須綜合考慮某些可變因素，如：焊接電壓、焊接速度、軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速、軋輥的保溫、焊接電流、焊接材料等，對(duì)一些含碳及合金元素高的輥芯，為防止脆性區(qū)的裂紋，除一定的預(yù)熱措施外，多采用低碳低合金過(guò)渡層進(jìn)行預(yù)先堆焊過(guò)渡層。同時(shí)，不同的軋機(jī)所選擇的軋輥也是不相同的，需要根據(jù)生產(chǎn)要求選擇軋輥。
