1.等壁厚定子是橡膠層薄而均勻，可以改善螺桿泵運行時的散熱效果，不會產(chǎn)生熱聚集效應(yīng)，而溫度是影響定子壽命的敏感元素之一，等壁厚定子因有良好的散熱性能可以減緩橡膠的熱老化，從而使用壽命比常規(guī)泵長。

pump operates and no thermal aggregation effect is produced. The temperature is

one of sensitive elements affecting lifetime of the stator. The stator with

equal wall thickness can slow down thermal ageing of the rubber because it has

good heat 1dispersion, as a result, its service life is longer than that of

conventional pump.

2.均勻并且薄的橡膠層在設(shè)備運行過程中抗變形能力好，因而等壁厚定子螺桿泵單級承受的壓力高，在相同工況運行下，可以減少泵的級別和定轉(zhuǎn)子之前過盈的配合量，同時運轉(zhuǎn)扭矩和系統(tǒng)于常規(guī)泵型，從而提高泵的使用性能。
