軋制變形制度：即一定軋制條件下從坯料到成品的總變形量和軋制的總道次，各機(jī)組的總變形量各道次的變形量，軋制方式等。對于型鋼，軋件在孔型中軋制，并且在每個孔型中軋制一道，因此，型鋼的變形制度是以孔型的形式表示的，孔型的設(shè)計確定后變形制度就確定了。生產(chǎn)過程實現(xiàn)自動化的目的是提高工件質(zhì)量，用有限資源制造持久耐用的精美產(chǎn)品。
