5、泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)注意有無(wú)雜音及泵內(nèi)是否有劇烈的磨擦和撞擊聲，如有就停車(chē)檢查。

When the pump is

running, pls pay more attetion on the noise and friction and clashing noise, if

there are strong noise, pls stop the pump to check.

    6、檢查進(jìn)、出水管路有無(wú)進(jìn)氣漏氣現(xiàn)象。

Check the

water-in and out pipes if they are leaking air.

    7、如電機(jī)與水泵為直聯(lián)傳動(dòng)，需檢查電機(jī)與水泵的軸心線(xiàn)是否在同一直線(xiàn)上，以防轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)振動(dòng)。

When the motor and pump are direct

connected drive ,check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same

line to avoid vibrating.

8、水泵在冬季使用時(shí)，停車(chē)后應(yīng)將水泵內(nèi)和管道內(nèi)的存水放盡以防凍裂。

If use the pump

in winter, pls run off the water from the pump and pipes.

    9、水泵每使用一個(gè)灌溉季節(jié)后，應(yīng)更換潤(rùn)滑黃油后存放。

Replace the

lubricating oil after using the pump for one irrigation season.

10、水泵工作滿(mǎn)500小時(shí)，應(yīng)仔細(xì)拆卸檢查零件的磨損情況，如長(zhǎng)期停用，應(yīng)將運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)部分拆下擦干上油妥善保管。

 6、軸承發(fā)熱

 1、潤(rùn)滑油脂不足

 2、潤(rùn)滑油質(zhì)量不好或不清潔

 3、軸心沒(méi)有對(duì)準(zhǔn)

 4、軸承松動(dòng)或磨損

 5、皮帶太緊

 2.The quality of lubricating oil is not

 good or dirty

 3.The axes is not aiming

 4.The bearing is loose or attrition

 5.The belt is too tight.

 2、清洗軸承

 3、找正

 4、修正

 5、適當(dāng)放松
