混流泵

（一）HW型混流泵由泵體、泵蓋、葉輪、泵軸和軸承體等主要零件構(gòu)成。

I. HW Mixed-flow

pump is composed of pump casing, pump cover, impeller, pump spindle and bearing

body mainly.

         從水泵進(jìn)水口看葉輪為逆時針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)（即箭頭所示方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。）

V.    Pump Diversion

     Look from inlet of pump, the impeller is

turning clockwise(turning as the direction indicated by rotation arrow)

軸套用來保護(hù)軸不使它與填料直接摩擦，若長期使用中發(fā)現(xiàn)軸套磨損過多，必須換軸套。

IV. Axile sleeve is used to protect the axle from friction

with padding.In long term using, change the axile sleeve

when the sleeve wears down too much.

（五）水泵軸的兩個支承是軸承體內(nèi)的軸承，軸承體內(nèi)存有適量潤滑脂以潤滑軸承。

V. Two supportings of water pump axile are bearings in

bearing body.There is some lubricating grease in bearing

body for lubricating bearing.

不同用途

水泵具有不同的用途，不同的輸送液體介質(zhì)，不同的流量、 不同揚(yáng)程的范圍，因此，它的結(jié)構(gòu)形式當(dāng)然也不一樣，材料也不同，概括起來，大致可以分為：
