半閉口式機(jī)架是機(jī)架與機(jī)架蓋之間采用斜楔連接的一種機(jī)架。這種機(jī)架兼有開口式機(jī)架和閉口式機(jī)架的優(yōu)點(diǎn)，裝卸、換輥方便，制造容易，并有較高的剛度，故一般大中型的型鋼軋機(jī)都采用這種形式的機(jī)架。

A semi closed frame is a frame with a wedge between the frame and the frame cover. The rack has the advantages of open frame and closed frame. It has the advantages of loading and unloading, easy roll changing, easy manufacture and high rigidity. Therefore, a large and medium-sized steel mill is adopted in this form.

在經(jīng)過改進(jìn)之后，目前的軋機(jī)設(shè)備采用的是被動(dòng)一軋一拖式生產(chǎn)方式，可以實(shí)現(xiàn)兩道軋制成型，不僅解決了速度配合問題，而且改變了傳統(tǒng)的四道軋制方式，生產(chǎn)效率明顯提高。

After the improvement, the current  mill equipment adopts a passive one rolling and towing mode of production, which can realize two rolling forming. It not only solves the problem of speed matching, but also changes the traditional four way rolling method, and the production efficiency is  improved.

使用熱軋的第二個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)就在于其可以適當(dāng)?shù)母纳平饘僖约昂辖鸩牧系募庸すに囆阅?。也就是說，其可以把較大的晶粒進(jìn)行破碎，同時(shí)可以減少裂紋的出現(xiàn)，這樣一來，也就相當(dāng)于減少了鑄造過程中的缺陷問題，提高合金的加工性能。

The second advantage of hot rolling is that it can appropriately improve the processing performance of metal and alloy materials. That is to say, it can break the larger grain and reduce the appearance of the crack, which is equivalent to reducing the defects in the casting process and improving the processing performance of the alloy.
