真空包裝機(jī)內(nèi)部工作流程

工作原理：首先合上設(shè)備上蓋，真空泵開(kāi)始工作從工作室中抽出空氣，當(dāng)達(dá)到所設(shè)定的抽氣時(shí)間時(shí)，真空泵停止工作（帶充氣功能的設(shè)備開(kāi)始填充保護(hù)氣體），然后加壓閥自動(dòng)打開(kāi)，氣囊充氣，氣囊托板、酚醛板、加熱條整體向下壓緊封口處，同時(shí)通電給加熱條加熱，當(dāng)包裝袋封口完備后，加熱條停止加熱處于持續(xù)冷卻狀態(tài)，放氣閥自動(dòng)打開(kāi)、放入空氣、開(kāi)蓋，完成一次工作循環(huán)。4、連接好電源，打開(kāi)電源開(kāi)關(guān)，合上蓋，查看一下真空泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常。
