軋輥是軋機(jī)的重要部件,按照軋機(jī)類型可分為領(lǐng)帶軋機(jī)軋輥、型鋼輪機(jī)扎輥和鋼管軋機(jī)軋輥三大類。
板帶軋機(jī)軋輥的輥身呈圓柱形,熱乾板帶軋輥的輥身微凹,當(dāng)受熱膨脹時(shí),可保持較好的扳形。

According to the rolled steel status, there are hot rollers and cold rollers. Various classificati can be combined to make the roll more explicit, such as the casting of high chromium cast iron working roll for hot rolled strip.
不同類型的軋機(jī)以及同類型而使用條件不同的軋機(jī),對(duì)所用的軋輥性能要求不盡雷同,如方坯和板坯初軋機(jī)軋輥要具有好的扭轉(zhuǎn)和彎曲強(qiáng)度、韌性、咬入性、抗熱裂性和熱沖擊性以及耐磨性;而熱帶精軋機(jī)架要求軋輥輥面的高硬度、抗壓痕、耐磨、抗剝落和耐熱裂等性能。(3)硬面輥:肖氏硬度約為60一85,用于薄板、中板、中型型鋼和小型型鋼軋機(jī)的稿軋機(jī)及四輥軋機(jī)的支撐輥。

焊接時(shí)堆焊成敗的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),要獲得理想的堆焊層必須綜合考慮某些可變因素,如:焊接電壓、焊接速度、軋輥轉(zhuǎn)速、軋輥的保溫、焊接電流、焊接材料等,對(duì)一些含碳及合金元素高的輥芯,為防止脆性區(qū)的裂紋,除一定的預(yù)熱措施外,多采用低碳低合金過(guò)渡層進(jìn)行預(yù)先堆焊過(guò)渡層。重型鍛壓設(shè)備的出現(xiàn)更使這種成分的鍛造軋輥的強(qiáng)韌性得到進(jìn)一步提高。
In order to obtain an ideal surfacing layer, some variable factors must be cidered, such as welding voltage, welding speed, roll speed, roll insulation, welding current, welding material and so on. Some roll cores with high carbon and alloy elements, in order to prevent cracks in brittle zone, have to be cidered in order to obtain ideal surfacing layer. In addition, the low carbon low alloy transition layer is used to pre weld the transition layer.
