輥系快速整體更換不需吊車，采甩軋輥牽引小車和橫移臺車結(jié)合的換輥方式，導(dǎo)衛(wèi)橫梁安裝在軋機(jī)軸承座上，更換軋輥時,導(dǎo)衛(wèi)及橫梁隨輥系整套從牌坊窗口中拖出，一次換輥時間僅為20min.

軋件通過冷床下的強制噴水霧化，提高了冷卻效果；通過開／關(guān)冷卻水管和采用水壓控制，冷卻速度能夠得到調(diào)節(jié)。

所有的軋件均被送到冷床上的固定位置，由移鋼機(jī)構(gòu)將軋件從步進(jìn)梁上翻出并移至冷床的輸出輥道上。

據(jù)說在14世紀(jì)歐洲就有軋機(jī)，但有記載的是1480年意大利人達(dá)·芬奇（Leonardo da Vinci）設(shè)計出軋機(jī)的草圖。1553年法國人布律列爾(Brulier)軋制出金和銀板材,用以制造錢幣。此后在西班牙、比利時和英國相繼出現(xiàn)軋機(jī)。

It is said that there are rolling mills in Europe in the fourteenth Century, but it is recorded that in 1480, Leonardo Da Vinci (Italian Italian designer Da Finch) designed the draft for rolling mills. In 1553 the French law Adler cloth (Brulier) rolled gold and silver plate, used in the manufacture of coins. Since then, rolling mills have been rolled out in Spain, Belgium and Britain.
