與平鍵聯(lián)接比較，花鍵聯(lián)接在強度、工藝和使用方面有下列特點：在軸上與轂孔上直接而均勻地制出較多的齒與槽，故聯(lián)接受力較為均勻；因槽較淺，齒根處應力集中較小，軸與轂的強度削弱較少。
