冷床是中小型棒材車間不可缺少的輔助設(shè)備之一。它的功能是將軋機(jī)軋制后經(jīng)飛剪剪切成倍尺長(zhǎng)度的棒材, 輸送并卸到冷床齒條上冷卻, 使其溫度由900℃降至100 ～ 300℃。

The cooling bed is one of the auxiliary equipment in the small bar workshop indispensable. It is the function of the bar rolling mill after double length flying shear, conveying and discharging to the cooling bed rack, the temperature 900 DEG C to 100~300 C.

由冷床入口輥道及升降擋板、橫移小車、分鋼裝置、步進(jìn)齒條冷床、編成組的圓鋼，通過橫移小車移送到冷床分鋼裝置，動(dòng)齒條每步進(jìn)一個(gè)周期，分鋼裝置就撥一根鋼到靜齒條上，使成組的圓鋼逐根分配到每一個(gè)齒內(nèi)，由于上冷床的圓鋼溫度很高。

為適應(yīng)不同型號(hào)、不同厚度的角鋼，防傾翻裝置的上有一個(gè)可以隨時(shí)取放配重的斗殼，這樣就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)不同型號(hào)、不同厚度角鋼在裙板處穩(wěn)定下滑。

明確軸向位置，加大矯直壓力。不要單獨(dú)打8輥軸向，調(diào)整側(cè)彎時(shí)應(yīng)以每相臨的3個(gè)輥為一個(gè)調(diào)整單元，保證矯直穩(wěn)定性。側(cè)壁斜度的處理措施是經(jīng)常注意檢查各輥軸向位置，竄動(dòng)情況。拉鋼式和往復(fù)多爪推齒式兩種冷床對(duì)于圓鋼都不太適用，容易拉斜、滾亂。注意在不同間隙情況下，矯直力的選取。對(duì)H2與H3的測(cè)量做到每批抽查，以做到及時(shí)調(diào)整。

The axial  is clearly defined and the straightening pressure is increased. Do not play the 8 roll axis alone. When adjusting the side bend, 3 rolls per phase should be used as an adjustment unit to ensure the straightening stability. The treatment of side wall slope is to check the axial  and movement of each roll. Pay attention to the selection of maximum straightening force under different clearance conditi. The measurement of H2 and H3 is done in each batch, so as to adjust it in time.
