爐子壽命長(zhǎng)。由于高溫作用、機(jī)械磨損和腐蝕等因素的綜合作用，爐子不可避免會(huì)有損壞，必須定期對(duì)爐子進(jìn)行檢修，應(yīng)盡可能延長(zhǎng)爐之的使用壽命，降低費(fèi)用。

勞動(dòng)條件好。要求爐子的機(jī)械化及自動(dòng)化程度高，操作條件好，安全衛(wèi)生，對(duì)環(huán)境無(wú)污染。

燃料氣的流動(dòng)速度   燃料氣的流動(dòng)速度與火焰的長(zhǎng)短有密切關(guān)系，在外混式燃燒器中，燃料氣流速過(guò)大，會(huì)引起脫火；在半預(yù)混燃燒器中，燃料氣流速過(guò)小會(huì)引起回火。
