深井潛水泵

首先看一下水泵此時(shí)運(yùn)行的電流和平常運(yùn)行時(shí)候的電流差別有多大。如果比平時(shí)運(yùn)行時(shí)候?。ɑ暇褪瞧綍r(shí)電流的23），那么就有葉輪磨損、泵頭上面的止逆閥堵塞等問題。如果和平時(shí)電流一樣大，那么就是管墊漏水、管子漏水、泵體漏水等問題。如果比平時(shí)運(yùn)行的時(shí)候電流大，那么基上可以確定是易損件磨損的問題。（五）水泵軸的兩個(gè)支承是軸承體內(nèi)的軸承，軸承體內(nèi)存有適量潤滑脂以潤滑軸承。另外補(bǔ)充一點(diǎn)，電纜如果破損的話，水量跟平時(shí)是一樣大，但是電流會(huì)變大。3相380V電機(jī)的電流一般是2.2A。以上原因只要是經(jīng)常維修深井泵的修理人員就可以查出來。
