水泵的傳動(dòng)方式

         我廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)的HW型系列混流泵均可用柴油機(jī)、電機(jī)帶動(dòng)，其傳動(dòng)方式視各地區(qū)動(dòng)力情況而定，訂貨時(shí)根據(jù)原動(dòng)機(jī)的型號(hào)（功率、轉(zhuǎn)速）確定水泵的傳動(dòng)方式，以確定皮帶輪的大小或聯(lián)軸器的規(guī)格。

 IV.    Drive Mode of Pump

       Our HW

seriel mixed-flow pump can be driven by diesel engine and motor.The drive mode

can be chosen according to the local motive power situation. When placing an

order for the pump, we should decide the drive mode of the pump according to

the prime motor type(power, rotate speed) in order to confirm the size of

pulley or coupling.

 1、繼續(xù)加灌或抽氣

 2、檢查并堵塞之

 3、用轉(zhuǎn)速表檢查予以調(diào)整

 4、降低安裝位置減少吸程

 5、改變旋轉(zhuǎn)方向

電動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)熱

原因有四。一是電源方面的原因：電壓偏高或偏低，在特定負(fù)載下，若電壓變動(dòng)范圍應(yīng)在額定值的 10%至－5%之外會(huì)造成電動(dòng)機(jī)過(guò)熱；電源三相電壓不對(duì)稱(chēng)，電源三相電電壓相間不平衡度超過(guò)5%，會(huì)引繞組過(guò)熱；電氣方面潛水泵電機(jī)是機(jī)組的主要設(shè)備，電機(jī)內(nèi)部磁力不平衡和其它電氣系統(tǒng)的失調(diào)，常引起振動(dòng)和噪音。缺相運(yùn)行，經(jīng)驗(yàn)表明農(nóng)用電動(dòng)機(jī)被燒毀85%以上是由于缺相運(yùn)行造成的，應(yīng)對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)安裝缺相保護(hù)裝置。二是水泵方面的原因：選用動(dòng)力不配套，小馬拉大車(chē)，電動(dòng)機(jī)長(zhǎng)時(shí)間過(guò)載運(yùn)行，使電動(dòng)機(jī)溫度過(guò)高；啟動(dòng)過(guò)于頻繁、定額為短時(shí)或斷續(xù)工作制的電動(dòng)機(jī)連續(xù)工作。應(yīng)限制啟動(dòng)次數(shù)，正確選用熱保護(hù)，按電動(dòng)機(jī)上標(biāo)定的定額使用。三是電動(dòng)機(jī)身的原因：接法錯(cuò)誤，將△形誤接成Y形，使電動(dòng)機(jī)的溫度迅速升高；定子繞組有相間短路、匝間短路或局部接地，輕時(shí)電動(dòng)機(jī)局部過(guò)熱，嚴(yán)重時(shí)絕緣燒壞；鼠籠轉(zhuǎn)子斷條或存在缺陷，電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)行1至2小時(shí)，鐵芯溫度迅速上升；通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)發(fā)生故障，應(yīng)檢查風(fēng)扇是否損壞，旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否正確，通風(fēng)孔道是否堵塞；
